Mackenzie Dern’s husband and Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Middleweight, Antonio Trocoli might not be the best UFC fighter but he’s a damn good poker player.
Trocoli etched his name in history as the first UFC fighter to reach the final table in the World Series of Poker (WSOP), the world’s premier poker tournament. He competed in the WSOP Colossus event, inside Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas in “Sin City.”
The grueling four-day tournament drew an impressive field of 16,301 players, and Trocoli finished sixth, earning $122,330.
Here are the full results of the final table:
1st: Courtenay Williams – $542,540
2nd: Ramaswamy Pyloore – $361,690
3rd: Matt Glantz – $273,260
4th: Kaiwen Wei – $206,130
5th: Justin Gutierrez – $156,110
6th: Antonio Trocoli – $122,330
7th: Ryan Leng – $94,760
8th: Sigrid Dencker – $73,880
9th: Jason Blodgett – $57,880
Trocoli might need some of his poker luck to succeed inside the UFC. Holding a professional record of 12-5, he remains winless in the promotion with a 0-2 record. In 2024, he faced a tough debut, losing to Shara Magomedov on short notice (highlights). His most recent fight saw him submitted by Tresean Gore in under two minutes (watch highlights).
For what it’s worth, Trocoli was arrested last year for beating up his wife’s ex-husband.
