It’s a battle of Top 5 flyweight contenders when Erin Blanchfield takes on Maycee Barber atop the UFC Vegas 107 fight card, scheduled for Sat., May 31, 2025 inside the promotion’s APEX facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. The winner could find themselves in line for the next crack at the 125-pound crown, to be decided when Valentina Shevchenko collides with Manon Fiorot as part of the UFC 315 lineup on May 10 in Montreal.
The promotion recently released the UFC Vegas 107 fight poster; which on its own, is actually pretty cool. Then came those blocky letters that are stacked like the onion volcano at Benihana. Not surprisingly, fans were trashing the graphics design team for running out of ideas (and talent).

Blanchfield (13-2) stands at 7-1 inside the Octagon after crossing over from Invicta FC back in late 2021. Her most recent performance resulted in a unanimous decision victory over Rose Namajunas at UFC Edmonton. As for Barber (14-2), she’s the winner of six straight, which includes her judges’ nod over Katlyn Cerminara at UFC 299 roughly one year back.
