Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is officially headed back to Abu Dhabi for UFC 321.
The world’s leading mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion has been going to United Arab Emirates’ capital city for an annual pay-per-view (PPV) show since 2019.
And 2025 will be no different.
This year’s big numbered event will take place on Oct. 25, 2025, inside Etihad Arena on the infamous “Fight Island.”
UFC announced the event and date on social media, and is encouraging fans to register their interest in going for further updates regarding tickets and lineup.
Abu Dhabi is a special place for UFC — it is the home of some of their earliest business investors, and the oil-rich nation saved the promotion’s bacon during the COVID-19 pandemic, setting up a bubble zone that would end up being called “Fight Island.”
For those reasons (and we’re sure a continued big site fee), UFC always brings big fights to Abu Dhabi. In years past, Ilia Topuria vs. Max Holloway went down in 2024 (watch highlights) and Islam Makhachev vs. Alexander Volkanovski 2 was atop the marquee in 2023 (relive-that banger here).
What will 2025 feature?
Islam Makhachev vs. Jack Della Maddalena is right there, obviously, but rumors are swirling that could go down inside Madison Square Garden in New York City. Of course, there is also Tom Aspinall’s first fight as undisputed champion. UFC seems to have a lot of big-name fighters looking to compete at the end of 2025, so there’s no shortage of options.
