A pair of fun fights have been added to UFC Vegas 106.
Up until today, UFC Vegas 106, which is going down inside the UFC Apex on Sat., May 17, 2025, only had nine fights, which is very bare for a Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Fight Night card.
Well, now the “Sin City” fight card has two new fights (check out the entire card here)

Former top 15-ranked Featherweight Sodiq Yusuff is making the move to Lightweight permanently and will take onThe Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 32 winner Marion Santos, who will do a one-off fight at 155 lbs (because it’s short notice). MMA Fighting first reported the news.
Yusuff (13-4) has been out of action since his first-round TKO loss to Diego Lopes at UFC 300 (watch highlights), and before that, he lost his first UFC main event to Edson Barboza. The 31-year-old is riding the first two-fight losing streak of his career.
Santos (15-1) won his UFC debut via split decision last month at UFC 313 against Francis Marshall, but it did not come without controversy, and he even admitted he lost. The young Brazilian is riding a five-fight win streak (TUF wins included).

UFC vet Julian Erosa, fresh off his destruction of Darren Elkins at UFC 314 (watch highlights), will take on Brazil’s Melquizael Costa. Ag.Fight first reported the news.
Erosa (31-11) is on another three-fight win streak and is on the brink of another shot at the top-15 rankings. He has finished his last three opponents in the first round.
Costa (23-7) is also riding a three-fight win streak after swapping wins and losses in his first four UFC fights. The Brazilian has already fought twice in 2025, stopping Andre Fili at UFC Seattle and defeating Christian Rodriguez in his most recent outing.
